Management, coordination and complex control during the whole process of Designing, during all parts and phases, until the approval of the Project Documentation and the issuing of all Construction Permits.
The goals which can be achieved thanks to our cooperation during the designing are:
- Drafting and approving Project Documentation which shall guarantee the execution of the Project within the planned deadlines and within the framework of the PRELIMINARY BUDGET
approved by the Investor; - Project solutions optimisation, finding options for decreasing the cost of the Site during the Design phase;
- Focus on the most important and specific moments for the Site, related to its optimal execution;
- Control on meeting the intermediate and final deadlines for designing and timely execution of the administrative and coordination procedures
Our specialists can provide the following ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES:
Organising and planning the activities for financing and executing of the Project.
The goals which can be achieved are:
- Optimisation of all Project activities and planning the means for ensuring Project execution;
- Providing a close link between the Construction and Finance processes, which are closely related and are an important prerequisite for completing the Project within the set deadlines and at an optimal price;
ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES during the CONSTRUCTION
Organising of continuous control (SUPERVISION), managing and coordination of
the activities of all Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers during the whole
execution of the Project until the final completion of the Site and its
commissioning.
The expected goals to be achieved as a result of our active actions are:
- Ensuring, as is reasonably controlled by the Engineer Consultant, the execution of the Project within the deadlines set in the Schedule, within the approved Budget and in compliance with the execution and quality standards coordinated and approved by the Investor.
- Negotiating optimal prices for the execution of all construction and installation activities;
- Risk planning to a maximum possible degree, reducing to a minimum the extraordinary circumstances and unplanned costs.
